Felix Keil

Felix has a background in corporate finance, renewable energy, and venture capital. Prior to joining Merge, he worked in transaction advisory at EY, focusing on M&A valuations and financial modelling for energy-related projects.
He also has experience from the renewable energy sector in Germany, where he worked with business development and FP&A for a scale-up developing waste-to-energy gasifiers. Previously, Felix worked in venture capital.
Felix has studied finance at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.
