David Hammarström
David has extensive experience in M&A, having advised on transactions at both international investment banks and Swedish boutique advisory firms. He has worked across sell-side and buy-side mandates as well as capital raisings, primarily within business services, consumer, industrials, tech, and the public sector.
Through his work on a broad range of transactions, David has developed a strong understanding of the strategic, commercial, and process-related complexities that arise in M&A situations. He works closely with owners, management teams, and investors, with a clear focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.
As a Partner and co-founder of Merge, David leads transactions, works closely with entrepreneurs and companies across different stages, and maintains ongoing relationships with a broad network of investors and acquisitive businesses. His approach is pragmatic and hands-on, with an emphasis on high-quality execution and long-term relationships.
