Dennis has extensive experience in finance and strategy from both the tech sector and the transport industry, having worked in Sweden, the USA, Spain, and Austria. With a background as a controller at Voi Technology and Volvo Cars, he has helped management teams make well-informed decisions and integrated tech and automation into numerous processes.
As COO and one of the founders at Merge, Dennis acts as a bridge between M&A and tech, ensuring that processes and plans are in place to effectively drive the company forward. Dennis holds a master’s degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
